Then, take the bowl of grinded pork and mix this paste in it. After you have done this leave it in the fridge to marinate for 3-4 hours. If you want you can add other spices also and flavors also which you like according to the taste.
Once the mixture is completely marinated take the bowl and keeps it out for some time. In the meanwhile take a pan and put some oil in it for heating. And also keep a bowl of egg white ready along with some breadcrumbs. After you have prepared all of this, take some small quantity of the mixed pork chops and make a ball of it or you can also take some sticks and make balls and fix it on the sticks if you want. Then, slowly put these pork chop balls or sticks and dip it in the egg whites, then dip it in the bowl of bread crumbs and then put it in the oil and deep fry until it turns light brown.
